Instructions
- Steam cabbage and onion until cabbage wilts and onion is transparent.
- Brown beef and drain.
- Combine onion, cabbage and beef; let cool.
- Meanwhile mash together 2 rolls and roll into circle.
- Put 4 tablespoons meat mixture on circle; draw up sides. Turn pinched side down.
- Place on greased cookie sheet, don't crowd.
- Let rise for 1 hour.
- Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes. Yield:
- 12 rolls.
