Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon dry lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Raisins ( 3/4 ounce)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Sweet and low (brown)
  • 3/4 ounce Uncooked oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. Water

Instructions

  1. Drop whole thing on to pam sprayed cookie sheet Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350F
  2. Makes 1 serving: 1 Protein,1/4 Lowfat milk, 1 Bread, 1 Fruit, 1 Fat.
