Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 large yellow pepper
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 16 ounces spinach leaves
  • 7 1/2 ounces biltong

Instructions

  1. Slice all ingredients except for the spinach leaves.
  2. Toss together and garnish with watercress.
  3. Tastes wonderful with a Sweet Onion dressing.
