Instructions
- Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 420° oven.
- Blend eggs and milk in a blender.
- Add flour to mixture in blender.
- Pour mixture into hot pan and return to the oven for 12 minutes.
- Serve hot with apricot jam.
- Dust with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
