Bisquick Cornmeal Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 block butter

Instructions

  1. Cream the sugar and butter until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and mix. Add cornmeal, baking powder and Bisquick with milk.
  3. Bake until toothpick tester comes out clean.
