Delightful black forest crepes filled with sweet cherry and vanilla yogurt, topped with chopped black cherries. Perfect for a light dessert or brunch treat for cherry lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/3 oz.) envelope whipped topping mix
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sugar-free cherry-vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag frozen black cherries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the whipped topping mix in a large bowl following package directions, using skim milk and vanilla.
  2. Fold in the sugar-free cherry-vanilla yogurt until well blended.
  3. Stir in the chopped black cherries.
  4. Spoon a generous 1/4 cup of cherry mixture onto the center of a crepe.
  5. Spread to within 1/2 inch of the edge of the crepe.
  6. Roll up the crepe.
  7. Repeat with the remaining filling and crepes.
  8. Refrigerate the crepes for several hours to chill and firm the filling.
