Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. white flour
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 scant c. milk

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks and add water.
  2. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and melted butter to the egg yolk mixture.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
  4. Heat a cast iron aebleskiver pan and cook the batter until golden brown, about 5 to 10 minutes.
