Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cubed avocado (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients except the avocado in a blender or food processor.
  2. Serve chilled or at room temperature over avocado cubes.
