Ingredients

  • 1 c Guinness
  • 1 tbsp garlic cloves
  • 1.5 oz soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp onion onion
  • 2 tsp worchestershire
  • 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinade overnight. Hat smoker to 225, remove ribs, apply rub, cook 5 to 6 hours until done.foil after 3 hrs and pour 1/2 c Guinness in foil.
