B.L.T. Salad Toss

Ingredients

  • 2 c. tomato
  • 2 c. celery slices
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 qt. shredded lettuce
  • 6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • grated cheese (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Combine celery, tomato, onion and dressing.
  2. Toss lightly. Chill until serving time.
  3. Cook bacon and crumble into mixture and spoon over lettuce.
  4. Toss lightly.
