Ingredients

  • 1 lb thick cut bacon
  • 3 each Roma tomatoes
  • 1 packages shredded lettuce
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • 1 grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 butter
  • 1 salt
  • 8 each Dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Place bacon out onto a bakjng sheet covered in tinfoil.
  2. Place sheet into cold oven and set it to 400F.
  3. Cook until desired crispness.
  4. Slice Roma tomatoes and prepare buns by spreading one side with butter and the other with mayo.
  5. Sprinkle parmesean on both buns.
  6. Toast buns in oven on broil until golden brown.
  7. Place tomatoe slice on bun with a light sprinkle of salt.
  8. Add pieces of bacon and shredded lettuce.
  9. Top with other half of bun and place a toothpick through the top.
