Bonito with Ginger

Instructions
- Pat dry the fish with paper towels and cut into 1cm pieces.
- Mix the ingredient and soak the fish in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a pan with oil and fry the fish on both sides.
- When it's cooked through, sprinkle scallions and bonito flakes on top and enjoy!
