Ingredients

  • 5 cups sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 1/2 ounces Grand Marnier (1 jigger)
  • 1 1/2 ounces Amaretto (1 jigger)
  • TOPPING
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a 9 x13 greased casserole dish place apples, sprinkle with cinnamon lemon peel, orange peel, and both liquors. Toss to coat apples.
  3. Mix topping. Spread on top and bake at 350°F for 45 min-1 hour.
