Bourbon Kick Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 12 cup Bourbon
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix onion, bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Place steaks in a 13x9 inch glass baking dish.
  4. Pour marinade over steaks.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
  6. Turn over once about half way through marinating.
  7. Grill on very hot grill for 2 minutes on each side, then over medium heat until desired doneness.
