- Beat until lemon color.
- Add sugar and liquor.
- Add sour cream and alternate with flour; mix well after each addition.
- Knead on breadboard.
- When you hear a crackling noise, keep kneading until shiny, blisters pop up and the dough doesn't stick anymore.
- Make into 3 balls.
- Roll out on a floured board.
- Cut the center and twist.
- Fry on a hot frying pan. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
