Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spray 4 large pieces of aluminum foil with Pam.
  2. Divide beef into 4 patties.
  3. Layer beef patty, vegetables, salt and pepper in center of foil pieces.
  4. Top with pat of butter.
  5. Wrap foil around and secure edges.
  6. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
  7. Can be grilled over coals.
