Braided Orange Bread

Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of flour and undissolved yeast in large mixing bowl.
- Scald milk in saucepan.
- Add margarine, sugar and salt. Cool to very warm (120° to 130°).
- Add milk mixture to flour-yeast mixture.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add eggs and 1 cup flour, orange juice and rind.
- Beat until mixed well.
- Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
