Ingredients

  • 1 shot brandy
  • chives (small titch)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. carrots, peeled and cut lengthwise

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a baking dish.
  2. Add the peeled and cut carrots, brandy, and chives to the dish.
  3. Cover the dish and place it in a preheated oven at 350°F.
  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until carrots are tender and glazed.
