Ingredients

  • 8 oz. plain chocolate, melted
  • 2 tsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 2 oz. nuts, finely chopped
  • 10 oz. cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Spread chocolate smoothly around inside of 20 to 25 petit four cases.
  2. Chill hard and peel off paper.
