Ingredients

  • 6 giant BeLean brats
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 tsp BeLean seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan‑fry the brats until browned.
  2. Bring the beer and sliced onion to a boil in an electric skillet or crock‑pot.
  3. Add the browned brats to the beer‑onion mixture and simmer for at least 15 minutes, or continue on low heat until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut sweetened with brown sugar.
