Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak (per person)
  • salt
  • garlic (powder or minced)
  • parsley
  • Romano cheese

Instructions

  1. Flank or thin round steak.
  2. Make each piece separately. Sprinkle to taste with salt, garlic (powder or minced), parsley and grated Romano cheese.
  3. Roll the steak and keep in place with string or toothpicks.
  4. Cook or fry until brown.
  5. Cover with spaghetti sauce.
