Bread - Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

  • 16 slices bread cubed
  • 12 ounces cheddar cheese grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Alternate layers of bread and cheese in large ungreased casserole.
  2. Mix beaten eggs, milk and salt an pour over.
  3. Pour on melted butter.
  4. Let stand overnight or several hours.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  6. Will not fail.
