Bread Crumb Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. thin egg noodles, cooked according to pkg.
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. In frypan, melt butter; add bread crumbs and brown, stirring often so as not to burn.
  2. When nicely browned, pour over warm noodles, stirring to coat well.
  3. Not necessary, but additional baking in medium hot oven for a short while does give a nice flavor.
  4. This is good as an accompanying dish for pork chops served with white cream-style corn.
