Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Packages yeast in 1/4 c. hot water
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. corn oil
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 c. white flour
  • 4 c. whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Knead 10 min.
  3. Let raise 1 hour.
  4. Punch down - let rest 10 min.
  5. Form into 2 loaves or possibly form into rolls.
  6. Let rise again.
  7. Bake 45 min for bread.
  8. Bake 20 or possibly 25 min for rolls.
  9. Oven at 375 degrees.
