Bread Pudding Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except raisins and cubed bread.
- Mix well.
- Add raisins and bread. Mix well and allow to soak 5 minutes.
- Spray standard size muffin tin or custard cups with nonstick vegetable coating.
- Mound mixture into each of 10 to 12 cups and bake about 35 minutes or until firm. Cool on rack at least 10 minutes before removing from cups.
