Ingredients

  • 1 doz. frozen cheese blintzes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 cube butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Put frozen blintzes in the dish and coat well with butter.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients with an electric mixer and pour over blintzes.
  4. Be sure to cover all.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°.
  6. Serve with applesauce, sour cream or jam.
