Ingredients

  • 2 sausage patties
  • 3 scrambled eggs
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup hash browns
  • pico de Gallo or picante sauce

Instructions

  1. Crumble up the sausage patties, cook, and drain the meat.
  2. In the same pan, cook the hash browns and scrambled eggs using some of the sausage grease.
  3. Add the cooked sausage and pico de Gallo to the egg and hash brown mixture. Remove from heat.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into each tortilla.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
