- Heat waffle iron.
- Beat Large eggs, then beat in remaining ingredients with rotary beater till smooth.
- To use waffles for dessert, use this topping: 1 qt sliced strawberries or possibly 2 pkgs.
- frzn sliced thawed and liquid removed strawberries in chilled bowl.
- Beat 1 c. chilled whipping cream and 2 Tbsp.
- confectioners sugar till stiff.
- Top waffles with strawberries and whipped cream.
