Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 frozen pie shells (deep dish)

Instructions

  1. Mix
  2. ingredients
  3. together.
  4. Pour into pie shells. Bake for 5 minutes at 400°.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes at 300°.
  6. Makes 2 pies.
