Ingredients

  • 2 Pillsbury bread sticks

Instructions

  1. Trim off the casing from the top of the Brie.
  2. Braid or twist the bread sticks around the Brie.
  3. Place brown sugar on the Brie about 1/4 inch thick and sprinkle pecans or almonds on top of the brown sugar.
  4. Brush egg whites on the bread stick ring to glaze, then sprinkle some brown sugar on top.
  5. Bake at the temperature and time specified for the bread sticks until golden and bubbly.
