Ingredients

  • 1 roll refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 package Brie cheese or similar cheese

Instructions

  1. Unroll four sections of the crescent rolls.
  2. Pinch together to conceal seams and form a rectangle.
  3. Place the Brie in the center of the pastry and wrap the pastry around the cheese, pinching seams to seal.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with crackers.
