- Add 1 cake yeast and 1 unbeaten egg to the mixture.
- Gradually add 2 cups of flour and mix well.
- Beat on speed #3 for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the mixer and stir in 1 cup of flour.
- Turn out onto a floured board and knead until smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Cut the dough into rolls and butter each roll.
- Place the rolls in a greased pan.
- Let the rolls rise again until doubled.
- Bake in a 425°F oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
