Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dry onion soup
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. A-1 or Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Before marinating brisket, spread with 1 tsp. liquid smoke. Combined ingredients for a 4-5 pound brisket.
