Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package frozen broccoli tips
  • 10 oz. package frozen cauliflower
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 4 tablespoons buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen broccoli tips and cauliflower according to package instructions.
  2. Drain the cooked vegetables.
  3. Place the drained vegetables in a greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, blend Cheddar cheese soup with milk and pour over the vegetables.
  5. Top the dish with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Fry bacon until crispy, crumble, and garnish the gratin with bacon before serving.
