Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced broccoli flowerets
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups prepared Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, cook broccoli and onion in water until tender, about 6 to 7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch salad dressing and flour.
  3. Add the mixture to the cooked broccoli and onion.
  4. Cook over low heat until heated through.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack cheese if desired.
  6. Serve hot.
