Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli as directed on the bag.
  2. Drain the broccoli well.
  3. Melt half a stick of butter and mix it with the Velveeta cheese.
  4. Combine the cheese mixture with the cooked broccoli.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and the remaining half stick of melted butter.
  7. Bake at 350°F until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
