Broccoli Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dice cream cheese; soften.
  2. Cook broccoli according to directions.
  3. Drain; add cream cheese.
  4. In a saucepan, pour 1/2 can chicken broth and sprinkle gelatin over it.
  5. Heat until dissolved; stir in broccoli, mayonnaise, eggs, Tabasco and remaining 1/2 can chicken broth.
  6. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until partially thickened.
  7. Turn into 6 cup mold and chill until set. Serve with Sour Cream Dressing.
