Broccoli Mold

Instructions
- Dice cream cheese; soften.
- Cook broccoli according to directions.
- Drain; add cream cheese.
- In a saucepan, pour 1/2 can chicken broth and sprinkle gelatin over it.
- Heat until dissolved; stir in broccoli, mayonnaise, eggs, Tabasco and remaining 1/2 can chicken broth.
- Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until partially thickened.
- Turn into 6 cup mold and chill until set. Serve with Sour Cream Dressing.
