Broccoli-Rice Vegetable Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1 c. mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter.
  2. Add broccoli and steam for 10 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Place in buttered dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes at 350°.
