Ingredients

  • 1/2 c cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c granulated sugar
  • 1 TBS dill weed
  • 1 TBS dijon mustard
  • several large broccoli crowns rinsed and cut into florets with stems
  • for dip: 1 c mayo, 1/2 c ketchup, 1 tsp curry powder.

Instructions

  1. mix all in zip lock bag marinate overnight.
