Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo (for bottom of pan)
  • 2 (6 oz.) Jiffy cornbread mixes
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 10 oz. pack frozen, chopped broccoli

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Pour into pan.
  3. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
