Tender broiled fish fillets glazed with a smoky hickory barbecue sauce, lemon, and onion, perfect for quick, flavorful dinners or summer gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh fillets
  • 1/3 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons instant minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Place fillets in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and brush fillets liberally with sauce.
  3. Reserve a small amount of sauce for basting.
  4. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Baste once during broiling.
