Broiled Grouper

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. grouper
  • mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • onion salt
  • paprika
  • 1 c. wine (cooking)

Instructions

  1. Place the grouper in a pan.
  2. Spread mayonnaise all over top of grouper.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion salt and paprika on top. Pour wine in the bottom of pan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Broil for 10 minutes after baked.
