Broiled Lamb Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground lamb
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Arrange on broiler rack leaving 2-inches between the surface of the patties and the heat.
  3. Broil on one side until brown, about 10 minutes.
  4. Turn and brown the other side.
  5. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
