Broiled Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 8 pineapple slices
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place pineapple slices on broiler pan.
  2. Mix sugar, butter and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon onto pineapple.
  4. Broil, 4 inch from heat, for 4-5 minutes, until bubbly.
