Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry jello
  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1 box lime jello
  • 1 box orange jello
  • 2 envelopes plain gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups hot pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve each box of jello in 1 cup of hot water and 3/4 cup of cold water, then pour into square cake pans and let set.
  2. Cut the set jello into 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. Soften the plain gelatin in cold water, then dissolve in hot pineapple juice and let thicken slightly.
  4. Whip the cream, add sugar and vanilla, then fold in the gelatin mixture and pineapple juice.
  5. Gently fold in the jello cubes into the whipped mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
