Ingredients

  • 2 T. melted reduced fat butter
  • 9 large beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. light sour cream
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 T. chopped green onion tops

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8 by 8 baking dish with the 2 T. melted butter.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
