Ingredients

  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners' powdered sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/8 block (1/2 oz.) paraffin

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and confectioners' sugar until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls and refrigerate.
  3. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and paraffin together.
  4. Dip the refrigerated peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate mixture until fully coated.
  5. Let the coated cups set before serving.
