Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 green (bell) pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 2 ea 16 oz cans tomatoes
  • 2 ea 15 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 2 ea 12 oz cans tomato paste
  • garlic & salt

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef. Chop and add green pepper, onion and celery. Stir until ground beef is in small pieces.
  2. Add tomatoes, sauce and paste. Add 2 ea 12 oz cans of water. Stir, bring to a boil and allow to simmer for several hours.
