Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef or flank steak, pork or chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp. wine or cooking wine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat in the ingredients for 1 hour, stirring the meat at least twice during marination.
