Ingredients

  • 10.75 oz. package frozen pound cake, thawed
  • 21 oz. can pie filling (any flavor)
  • 1 box Cool Whip
  • 1 cup coconut
  • green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Slice the pound cake into 10 slices.
  2. Line the bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish with the cake slices.
  3. Top the cake slices with pie filling.
  4. Spread all of the whipped topping over the pie filling.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  6. Tint the coconut pale green with food coloring.
  7. Sprinkle the colored coconut over the center of the whipped topping.
  8. Decorate with jelly beans, Easter candies, and decorations.
